INGREDIENTS
- 6 to 8 plums
- 4 to 5 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 10 to 20 ml water
Method
First wash the plum and cut them into pieces. Remove the seeds.
Now, add some sugar in a pan. Add salt and water. Cook them for 5 to 10 minutes on medium to high flame. When it looks a little bit thick and the water evaporates. Plum is also looking mushy.
Compote is ready. Allow it to cool down and keep this as it is in any air-tight container. Or you can also puree the compote.
