INGREDIENTS
- 70 to 75 grams of unsalted butter
- 5 to 6 tbsp fine granulated sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 3 to 4 drops of vanilla
- 4 to 5 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- half tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
Walnut Cookies recipe
First, take some unsalted butter at room temperature. Add sugar as per your taste. Yes, you can adjust the sugar if you like less sweet or more sweet. Mix them well.
Then add vanilla, salt, flour, and baking powder. Add some chocolate chips or walnuts. Mix well.
Then, keep the cookie dough in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
