Elaichi Flavored Nankhatai- Hi, This is shailee and you are reading my favourite cookie recipe that is super easy to make. It takes some basic ingredients like ghee, flour, Besan, rava, sugar etc. These ghee cookies are soft and flaky. It just melts in your mouth. And you can also bake them without an oven as well.

Ingredients 🌸

■ 1 bowl of ghee/clarified butter

■ 1 bowl powdered sugar

■ 1 tsp cardamom powder

■ 1 tsp salt

■ 2 tsp Baking powder

■ 1 bowl of Refined flour

■ 1/2 bowl rava

■ 1 bowl besan

■ Some almonds or any nuts of your choice

Method [Ghee Cookies Recipe]

Take a bowl. Whisk ghee and sugar well for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then add salt, baking powder and crushed cardamom. After that add Refined flour, semolina, and besan. Mix everything well and make a soft dough.

If your dough looks dry add some ghee and knead it. Do not use any kind of liquid like water or milk for kneading the dough. Now divide them into small portions and roll them like this. Top these cookies with some nuts.

Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 to 190 degress Celsius. Then allow them to cool down completely. You can store them in an airtight container for 1 to 2 weeks.
