INGREDIENTS

  • Hung curd 1 bowl
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar/honey
  • 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 1 bowl mango puree
  • 1/2 bowl fresh cream

Mango shrikhand recipe

Take a bowl. Add some hung curd. For this, take some curd and hang the curd in a cotton cloth until the water drained from it. Then use this curd. Add sugar, and cardamom.

Add mango puree, use ripe mangoes for sweet flavor. Then add some cream. Mix it well.

Now take a serving bowl. Pour some mango shrikhand, and top it with some chopped mangoes or nuts. Keep this in the fridge for 2 days. Enjoy.
