INGREDIENTS

  • 20 to 25 cashews
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • 60 to 70 ml milk
  • 150 grams of milk powder
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • 5 to 6 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Sliver wark for garnishing

Method with step-by-step photos

First, take a small grinding jar. Grind some cashews into fine powder. Set it aside. With this measurement, you can make 30 to 40 kaju katali rolls.

Now take a non-stick pan. Add ghee and ghee. Heat it for a minute on high flame. Then add milk powder, cashew powder, and some cardamom. Mix it well.

Then add sugar as per your taste. Mix it well and cook the mixture for 10 to 13 minutes on medium to high flame. When the mixture forms like a dough. Turn the flame off and leave it to cool down.

Then grease your hands and surface with some ghee. Take some dough and roll it into a thin cylindrical shape. Garnish it with some sliver wark.

Cut them into small pieces and it’s ready. Leave it for 1 to 2 hours to set. Kaju katali roll is ready. You can also store them in the fridge. Enjoy!!
