Pineapple Kesari Bath

First, take some fresh and ripe pineapple. Chop them into pieces. Now, roast them on high flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, chop them into small pieces.

Then take a kadhai, add 2 tbsp ghee, and semolina. Saute it for 5 to 10 minutes on medium flame. Stir the semolina continuously until the nutty aroma is released. But do not change the colour. Turn off the heat and set it aside in a plate.

In the same kadhai, add water, cardamom, saffron, and roasted pineapple. Boil them on high flame.

After one boil, add roasted semolina. And immediately mix them to avoid lumps. Cook them on high flame. If your batter looks dry,you can add some more water into it. The water should cover the semolina in the beginning so that you do not need extra water. After that, add sugar and ghee. And again, cook it for 4 to 6 minutes on medium flame.

Then, add chopped nuts. Mix well. Pineapple kesari is ready. Enjoy.
