Kids will also love these cute little pancakes. For this recipe, you need some ripe bananas, peanut butter or melted chocolate, and a homemade eggless pancake batter.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 ripe bananas
  • chocolate peanut butter/melted chocolate
  • 1 bowl refined flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 to 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp refined oil/flavorless oil
  • 50 to 60 ml milk
  • oil/butter for frying

Eggless Banana Pancakes

Chop some bananas into small slices like this. Take a straw or any nozzle and make a hole in the center of the banana slice. Then, fill the gape with peanut butter. You can also add melted chocolate.

Now, take a bowl. Add refined flour for pancake batter. Add baking powder, salt, and powdered sugar. Add oil and milk.

Then, mix it well and make a thick pancake batter. But the batter should not be too thick. Now, take a banana slice and coat it with pancake batter.

Heat some oil or butter on high flame. You just need 2 to 3 tbsp oil. Then add banana pancakes. Cook it from both sides until it turns golden.

Now, dust it with some powdered sugar and enjoy. Banana Bites pancakes are ready.
