Take some spinach leaves. Wash them well. Then blanch the leaves for 5 to 6 minutes in boiling water. Remove it from the water and wash them with cold water. Now you have to grind them into fine puree.

Take some wheat flour. Add spinach puree, salt, carom seeds, ajwin, red chili powder and ghee.

First, mix it well then add water and knead a semi soft dough. Keep this for 10 minutes.

For layering, you need to add ghee, garlic, salt and red chili in a bowl. Mix well.

Now take a peice of dough. Roll it into thin roti. Then spread some ghee garlic mixture.

Now fold the roti just like this. Again, roll it and it is ready to cook.

Heat a griddle, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes from both sides. Then apply some ghee and toast it from both sides on high flame. Palak paratha is ready to serve.

You can get the beautiful flacky and crispy layers because of ghee layering. So make this and enjoy.
