  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • half onion chopped
  • half capsicum chopped
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • veg momos(cooked)
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 to 4 tbsp red chili chutney (Momo chutney)


How to make momo Manchurian?

Take a pan. Heat some oil. Add garlic, onions, and capsicum. Saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.

Then add salt as per your taste. Add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, and momo chutney. Mix well. Momo chutney gives an extra spicy flavor to this Manchurian gravy. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
