You just need some simple ingredients to make these sweet potato crisps. Here, you can also use potatoes in the place of sweet potatoes. And for sauce, we use butter, garlic, red chili powder, Fenugreek leaves, or coriander leaves. You can also use oregano in place of Fenugreek leaves. And serve this with some mayonnaise dip or tomato ketchup.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 to 4 sweet potatoes
- 5 to 6 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp garlic
- Half tbsp salt
- Half tbsp red chili powder
- Half tbsp dry fenugreek leaves/oregano
Sweet potato crisps recipe
Take some sweet potatoes and wash them well. Cut them into medium-sized pieces.


Now, take some melted butter. Add garlic, chili powder, salt, fenugreek leaves, and coriander leaves. Mix well.




Pour this over the sweet potatoes and mix well. Take a baking tray. Place them in a tray and bake them for 15 to 19 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.


Then take a glass and smash it a bit.


Again, bake them for 20 to 25 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius or until it turns golden and crispy.

Smashed sweet potato crisps are ready to eat.
