Butter Cake | Vanilla Pound Cake | Chocolate Pound Cake | Hello everyone, welcome to Bake with Love Episode 1. Because in this Episode, I am going to guide him(my lovely husband). And he will be doing all of the baking procedures He is completely a novice in this field, and that’s why I guide him to do a perfect baking. Today, we made a delicious, moist and buttery Pound cake. This cake recipe requires 5 to 6 ingredients and the making process is also very easy to follow.

Cake Recipes

INGREDIENTS

Here, you can use any medium-sized bowl or any single bowl for measurements.

  • 1 bowl of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 bowl powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 drops of Vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 to 30 ml Refined oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • some chopped cherries
  • 2 bowl all purpose flour
  • 70 to 80 ml milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Melted chocolate

Method

First, take some unsalted butter in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix it well.

Then add eggs, one at a time and whisk it well. Now add oil, salt, Baking powder, Baking soda. Then add cherry, and flour.

Add the Flour in two batches and mix it. When the batter looks thick just like a dough. Add milk in the batter and mix well. The batter should be semi thick in consistency. Your vanilla cake batter is ready.

Now, take some batter in another bowl and add cocoa powder and melted chocolate. Mix it well. Your chocolate cake batter is also ready. Take a greased cake tray(grease it with Baking paper and some butter). Pour the Cake batter and spread it well.

Top it with some chocolate chips and cherries. Bake the Cake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. After that allow the Cake to cool down. Cut them into peices and store them in the fridge for 5 to 6 days.
