INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packets maggie
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, boiled Corns, onion
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • Maggie masala powder
  • 2 tbsp refined flour/corn flour
  • oil for frying
  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp green chilies
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 bowl boiled Corns
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt (if required)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 sachet of ching’s fried rice masala
  • 2 to 3 cups of leftover rice/freshly cooked rice

Maggie Balls

Take a bowl. Add boiled Maggie and boiled potato. Then add capsicum, corns, salt, red chili powder, onions, and corn flour/maida. Mix well.

Then make some small Maggie balls. Dip the balls in corn flour and water slurry. Then coat it with dry Maggie.

Heat some oil and fry them on high flame until it turns golden. Maggie balls are ready.

Veg fried rice

Now take a pot. Heat some oil. Add chopped garlic, green chilies, and onions. Cook the onions for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add capsicum, Corns. Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes on medium to high flame.

Then add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and chings secret fried rice masala. Mix well. Then add fried Maggie balls. Mix it well in sauce.
