Mushroom Masala Fry | Easy stir-fry Mushroom

Mushroom Masala Fry | Mushroom Masala fry is my go to recipe for breakfast, lunch or tiffin box. Because this recipe takes only 10 to 15 minutes. So you can make this Mushroom Masala fry in hurry and serve this with roti,rice.

Yes, I love this recipe because we do not need to do a lot of chopping or spices. And you can also use different types of veggies like broccoli, sweet corns, paneer, carrots.

INGREDIENTS

For 2 people

  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 to 3 green chilies
  • 1 onion
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 capsicum
  • 100 grams of mushroom
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp dry fenugreek Leaves
  • (you can also stir-fry some veggies with it,like broccoli, carrots, paneer, corns)

Method

Take a pan. Heat some oil. Add chopped garlic and green chilies. Saute it for 10 seconds on low flame. Then add sliced Onions. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.

When it turns light golden in color, add tomato and salt. Add garam masala powder, dry fenugreek Leaves. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Here you can also add 10 to 20 ml water to prevent the masala from burning. Then add capsicum and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes until it turns a little bit soft.

Then add mushrooms and cook them on high flame for another 3 to 4 minutes. Before adding mushroom, you can also Saute some other veggies, if you want to add. Mushroom Masala fry is ready. Serve it with roti, rice.
