Methi puri recipe | Let’s make this delicious Methi puri with step by step photos and video. You can make this delicious and crispy puri for breakfast or lunch. It is also perfect for tiffin box. Because you can eat this Methi puri with some pickle or sweet chutney. Ingredients are very easy to find and it takes only 10 to 15 minutes.

Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Methi leaves
  • 2 bowl wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp crushed ginger, green chilies
  • a pinch of hing
  • 1/2 tbsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp red chili flacks
  • 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
  • 2 to 3 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • Ghee for frying

Method

Take some Methi leaves and wash them well. Remove the stems from the leaves.

And Chop them. Now take some wheat flour. Add fenugreek Leaves, salt, ginger, green chilies.

Add hing, ajwain, red chilies, curd, Baking soda.

Mix well. Then add some water and knead a semi soft dough. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then divide the dough into small balls. Take a peice of dough and roll it out into small circles.

Heat some ghee on high flame then fry them on high flame from both sides. When it turns light golden in color, remove it from the ghee. Fry all of them like this. Enjoy methi puri with some chutney.
