I spent a lot of time making a good cake base in different ways, but sometimes we didn’t get the exact result which we are looking for. It may come hard or dry in texture. In this situation, we can use these cakes(or you can say trial cakes) for making cake pops. Or you can also use your leftover cake with some frosting to make these delicious and super easy cake pops. You can use any flavor for your pops. Today I am using chocolate flavor cake.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chocolate cake
  • 5 to 6 tbsp chilled milk or use melted chocolate or some cake frosting
  • Some nuts
  • Melted dark chocolate

How to make cake pops ?

Take a mixture jar. Add chocolate sponge cake. Grind it well.

Now add some chopped nuts. mix well. Then add some chilled milk. Here you can also use melted chocolate or frosting in place of milk.

Mix them well.

Then take some melted chocolate. You can use dark, milk, or white chocolate for coating the cake truffles.

Take some cake mix. Give them a round shape. Make all of them like this.

Now, dip the truffle in the melted chocolate.

Coat them well.

After that, leave it for 10 to 15 minutes in the fridge.

That’s it, it is ready. And it is the best way to use leftover or trail cakes. Store them in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
