Til ke laddu | sesame jaggery laddu recipe | learn how to make til ke laddoo with step by step photos and video. Til ke laddu is a traditional Indian sweet recipe prepared with sesame seeds, jaggery. It is widely made during winters or at the Makar Sankranti festival. In the traditional recipe, you have to prepare the jaggery syrup then add roasted sesame seeds. But in this post, I am going to share the simplest and easiest way to make this laddu. It takes only 5 to 6 minutes. And you can store this laddu for a long time. There are many ways to make this laddu recipe. but this one is the easiest one. If you are a newbie then I recommend you to go with this.

Jaggery – Jaggery is very helpful in weight loss. Helps in boosting immunity. it also helps in detoxifying the body and controls blood pressure levels.

  • 1 bowl white sesame seeds
  • 1 bowl jaggery(chopped) with the same bowl
  • 2 to 3 tbsp of ghee

How to make this instant til gud ke laddu?

Take a pan. Add a bowl of white sesame seeds. You can use any bowl for the measurement.

Dry roast the sesame seeds on high flame until it turns light golden in color. Do not burn them or over roast them.

Continuously stir them to prevent them from burning. After that, leave it to cool down completely.

Now take a mixture jar. Add sesame seeds. Grind them into a coarse form. Do not grind them in a fine powder.

Add chopped jaggery with the same bowl. Add ghee. Mix well.

Again grind it for 30 to 40 seconds.

Now transfer it in a bowl. Take some mixture and bind it in a small round shape ball.

Make all of them like this.

This laddu is so soft that it melts in your mouth.

Til ke laddu is ready.
