- 1 bowl white sesame seeds
- 1 bowl jaggery(chopped) with the same bowl
- 2 to 3 tbsp of ghee
How to make this instant til gud ke laddu?
Take a pan. Add a bowl of white sesame seeds. You can use any bowl for the measurement.
Dry roast the sesame seeds on high flame until it turns light golden in color. Do not burn them or over roast them.
Continuously stir them to prevent them from burning. After that, leave it to cool down completely.
Now take a mixture jar. Add sesame seeds. Grind them into a coarse form. Do not grind them in a fine powder.
Add chopped jaggery with the same bowl. Add ghee. Mix well.
Again grind it for 30 to 40 seconds.
Now transfer it in a bowl. Take some mixture and bind it in a small round shape ball.
Make all of them like this.
This laddu is so soft that it melts in your mouth.
