Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tbsp oil/butter
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 medium sized Onions
- 1 bowl spinach (150 grams)
- 1 bowl sweet corn
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili flacks
- 2 to 3 tbsp cheese
- 100 grams of Paneer
- Samosa sheets
- oil for frying
METHOD
Take a pan. Heat some oil. Add garlic and onion. Saute it for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add spinach and sweet corns. Cook it for 4 to 8 minutes on high flame.
Add chili flacks and salt. Then add cheese, Paneer. Mix well and turn off the heat.
Now, we need Samosa patti for making samosa. (If you want to make these sheets at home, Then just knead a semi soft dough with Refined flour and water. Roll two small rotis. Then in one roti spread some oil and put another roti over it. Again, roll them together and make a thin roti. Heat the tava on high flame and cook the roti from both sides only for 15 seconds. We do not have to cook it completely. After that, carefully separate these sheets and cut them into rectangular peices.)
Now with this process fold the sheets and fill it with mixture.
And seal the sides with some flour and water mixture.
Heat some oil and fry these samosas on low flame. It takes 12 to 15 minutes. Or you can also bake them or air fry them. Serve this with chutney.
