INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml milk
- 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp saffron
- half tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp almond puree
Kesar Badam Milk
First, take some milk. Boil the milk. Then add sugar and saffron. Add cardamom and almond puree.
Fro almond puree, soak 10 to 12 almonds for 3 to 4 hours. Remove the skin and grind it with some water to make a fine puree. Now, use this puree in milk. Mix well and cook them for 15 to 20 minutes on medium to high flame.
Then, allow it to cool down completely. Keep this kesar badam milk in the fridge. Garnish it with some chopped nuts. Kesar badam milk is ready to serve.
