Today’s Mithai is a unique recipe and simple to follow. You can easily make this gajar Sandesh roll at home with some simple ingredients. You can also make this recipe for any festival.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 to 8 medium size carrots
  • 160 to 200 ml milk
  • 5 to 6 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 250 grams of paneer
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 5 to 6 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Gajar ka halwa

Take some carrots and wash them well. Cut them into small pieces. Then, add them in a grinder jar. Pour some milk and blend it. Make a smooth puree.

Now, cook this carrot milk puree for 15 to 20 minutes on medium to high flame. When it looks dry, add condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Again, cook it well until it turns dry. After that, add ghee in it and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on high glame. Make sure the halwa has to be dry.

Allow it to cool down. Then, spread the halwa on a plastic sheet and keep them in the fridge.

Sandesh Recipe

For Sandesh, take some fresh homemade panner(Homemade Paneer). Mash them well. Add milk powder and mash them. It has to be smooth.

Take a pan, and add some ghee and paneer mix. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. Then add condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.

Cook the sandesh on medium flame until it turns dry. Allow it to cool down. It takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Then, place the sandesh on halwa spread. Roll it well and leave it for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.

Then, cut them into slices. That’s it. Gajar Sandesh roll is ready. Store this in the fridge for a week.
