For pasta dough

  • 1 bowl of refined flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg

For stire fry noodles

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • onion and green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup



Take a bowl of refined flour. Crack one egg and a pinch of salt. Knead it in a semi-soft dough. The dough should be hard but not too hard to roll.

Then warp the dough and keep this in the fridge for 30 minutes. Or you can also keep the dough in the fridge for a day.

Now divide the dough into two equal parts. Flatten the dough and roll it out with the help of the pasta machine. Then cut them into thin noodles. You can make any shape. Hang the noodles for 30 to 60 minutes. So that the noodles will dry.

Then boil some water, and add salt and oil. Boil the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame. After that remove it from the hot water and set it aside.

Now take a pan. Heat some oil. Add garlic, onion, and green chilies. Saute it for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add salt, red chili powder, soy, vinegar, and ketchup.

Mix well and saute the noodles with the sauce. Freshly made noodles are ready to serve. Enjoy.
