Paneer pizza | Creamy Dreamy paneer pizza | Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel, and today, I am going to make creamy, dreamy panner pizza. When I made this pizza, I am literally in shock ; why didn’t I try this before. It tastes so yum that you can finish the whole pizza in a few minutes. Yes, in this pizza recipe, we are not going to use any kind of sauce. Yet, it tastes awesome. You must try this paneer pizza at home.

First, we have to make a fresh homemade pizza base, which is very simple to make. Today, we made a yeast dough bread. Then we need to make some paneer stuffing in which we are going to use a lot of delicious ingredients. So let’s start the recipe…

  • For panner stuffing
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 capsicum
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 to 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 40 to 60 ml milk
  • 3 to 4 cubes of cheese
  • 250 grams of paneer
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 20 ml lukewarm milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 and a half tbsp dry activated yeast
  • 250 grams of refined flour(2 bowls)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • water as required

Homemade Paneer Pizza

First, take a pan. Add oil and butter. Heat it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then, saute chopped garlic for 30 seconds. After that, add capsicum and onions.

Add salt and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame.then add paneer, red chilli powder, Oregano. Mix well. Add mayonnaise, milk, and cheese cubes. You can use any cheese for this recipe. Here, I used amul processed cheese cubes.

Mix it for 2 minutes on high flame. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool down.

Now, take some lukewarm milk. Add sugar and yeast. Mix well and leave it for 5 to 8 minutes. Or till it activates.

Then take some flour. Add sugar, salt, and oil. Add activated yeast. Mix well and knead it in a soft dough.

Cover the dough and leave it for 2 hours. When it gets doubled in size, It is ready to use. Take some dough and roll it in a medium sized circle. Add some cheese on the edges of the dough, seal and fold it like this.

Then, add paneer stuffing. Add some more grated cheese. Add some Oregano, red chilli flacks. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius or until it turns golden in colour. Your super delicious and cheesey paneer pizza is ready.
