Milk Mushroom
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp green chilies
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 250 grams of Mushroom
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili flacks
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 4 to 5 tbsp Amul fresh cream
- 100 to 150 ml milk
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
How to make milk Mushroom
First take a pan, Heat some butter and oil. Then add garlic and green chilies. Saute it for 10 seconds on low flame. Then add finely chopped onions. Saute it for 5 to 7 minutes on high flame.
After that add chopped mushrooms and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame. Then add salt, red chilli flacks, Oregano.
Add amul fresh cream and milk. Mix it well and cook it for 2 to 5 minutes on medium flame. When the gravy turns thick, turn off the heat and garnish it with some Coriander leaves.
Milk Mushroom is ready to serve.
Garlic Herb Rice
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp green chilies
- 1 tsp red chili flacks/powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 large bowl of cooked basmati rice or any rice you want to use
Let’s make this amazing 5 minutes garlic Herb Rice. Here I am using cooked basmati rice. First, add some butter to a pan. Then add chopped garlic, green chillies, Coriander leaves, red chilli flacks, salt and Oregano.
Saute it for 10 to 15 seconds on low flame. Then add cooked rice. Mix it well. And your garlic Herb Rice is ready to serve. Enjoy.
