INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml fresh cream(Amul)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp agar-agar
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • chocolate sauce

How to make coffee panna cotta?

Take some fresh cream or heavy cream. Here I used Amul fresh cream. Make sure the cream has to be at room temperature. Add sugar as per your taste. Add a pinch of salt.

Then add agar-agar powder from Meron Brand. You can also use gelatin in place of agar-agar.

Now cook them for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Then add instant coffee and mix well. Stire it well. So you have to cook the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Pour the mixture into a paper cup or into any bowl. Keep them in the fridge to set completely. After that remove it from the paper cup and drizzle some chocolate sauce.

Coffee panna cotta is ready to serve.
