Ingredients
- 2 to 3 medium sized onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 60 grams sweet corn
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 breet root
- 7 to 8 green chillies
- 1 bowl grated cheese
- 3 to 4 tbsp veg mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder/flacks
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 4 to 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Butter for toasting

Veg Club Sandwich Recipe
First, prepare the filling of the sandwich. Take a bowl. Add chopped Onions and Capsicum.
Then add sweet corn, Tomatoes, grated carrots and beetroots. Add some chopped green chillies, cheese and mayonnaise.
Then add salt, red chilli flakes, Oregano tomato ketchup. Mix it well.
Now take bread slices, spread some stuffing and toast it with some butter on medium to high flame.
Here, I toast them on a griddle/Tawa. When it turns golden and crisp. Your Veg Club Sandwich is ready. Enjoy.
