Thandai Tiramisu Recipe | Holi Special fusion dessert | Learn how to make this fusion dessert with step-by-step photos and video. Thandai is a traditional drink made with milk, some nuts mix, and sometimes bhang is also added to this drink. Traditionally, thandai is made during the Holi festival. But it is also a very healthy and delicious drink for summers. We can make a lot of different recipes using thandai mix.
So for a traditional thandai mix, you need to soak some almonds, cashews, pistachio, black pepper, green cardamom, fennel seeds,poppy seeds, and magaj seeds for 3 to 4 hours. Then, grind them into a fine puree. After that, boil some milk and add this thandai mix in the milk. Add sugar and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Allow it to cool down. or add some ice cubes and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

- For thandai ice cream, 250 ml fresh cream/heavy cream
- 40 to 50 ml thandai mix
- 4 to 5 tbsp sugar
- thandai milk (250 ml)
- ladyfingers biscuits 20 prices
- non dairy whipped cream
- Some rose petals, golden pearls, sliver Wark,saffron for garnishing
Thandai Tiramisu Video Recipe
THANDAI TIRAMISU
First, make a thandai ice cream. Take some chilled cream. Add thandai mix and sugar.

Now we need some ladyfinger biscuits. Dip them in the milk for a second and remove it. Layer these biscuits in a container.
Then, add thandai ice-cream layer over these biscuits. Repeat the process for 2 more times. After that, top it with some whipped cream.
Here, I used non dairy whipping cream and flavor it with some thandai mix. For this, you need some chilled whipping cream. Whip them well, then add 3 to 4 tbsp thandai mix. Mix it well. You can also add some food color, if you want. Frost the tiramisu with some cream.
Garnish it with some saffron, golden pearls, silver Wark, and rose petals. Again, keep them in the freezer until it set them completely. Then, cut them into pieces and enjoy the fusion tiramisu. Thandai Tiramisu is ready to serve.
