INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 3 large size mangoes
  • 1 liter of full fat milk
  • 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 5 to 8 saffron
  • Chopped almonds

METHOD

First, take a pot. Boil the milk on high flame. Then, add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron.

Mix well and cook them on medium to high flame for 25 to 30 minutes. Until it turns thick in consistency but not too thick. You can see the picture or video for the perfect kulfi consistency. And stir the milk continuously on high flame to avoid burning the milk. Then, turn off the heat and allow it to cool down.

Now, take a large size mango. You have to use a pulpy mango for this recipe, but it should not overripe. Now, remove the seed from the mango. For this, take a spoon, and from the back of the spoon, make some gaps around the seed. Then, take a small tong and twist the seed carefully and remove it from the mango. So you get some gap for stuffing.

Pour the kulfi mix in mango and cover it. Keep the mango in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

After that, you have to peel the skin of the frozen mango with the help of a Sharpe knife. Cut them into slices and enjoy them. Mango kulfi is ready to grab.
