INGREDIENTS

For apple filling

2 apples chopped in cubes

1 tbsp butter

2 cinnemon sticks

3 to 4 tbsp sugar/brown sugar

A pinch of salt

1 tsp lemon juice

4 to 5 tbsp water

For cake batter

170 ml milk

1 tbsp vinegar

5 tbsp unsalted butter

5 tbsp powdered sugar

4 to 5 drops of vanilla essence

5 to 6 tbsp condemned milk

1 tbsp flavorless oil

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

14 to 16 tbsp flour

Some tutti frutti

Apple filling

Take a pan. Add pealed and chopped apples. Add 1 tbsp butter. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then add sugar, cinnemon, brown sugar, and salt. Add lemon juice and water.

Cook it for 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame. After that, turn off the heat and leave it to cool down.

Eggless Tutti frutti cake

Add 1 tbsp vinegar in milk. Mix well and set it aside. Take a bowl. Add unsalted butter at room temperature.

Then, add sugar and vanilla. Mix it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then add condensed milk and oil. Mix well.

Now, add salt, baking powder, and soda . Add flour in batches. Add tutti, Frutti. Mix it with light hands.

Add milk vinegar mix. Make a smooth batter.

Take a greased cake tin. Pour the cake batter in it. Here, I used 2 small cake tins. Now, bake the cake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

After that, allow it to cool down. Cut the layers.

Take a cake layer. Make a border with whipped cream. Fill the cake with apple sauce filling. Place another cake layer and repeat the process until the end.

Cover the cake with whipped cream. Decorate it with some roses, pearls, and silver leaves.
