INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bowl of bajra flour
  • 1/2 bowl of refined flour
  • 4 to 5 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 to 5 tbsp oil(flavorless oil)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 to 5 tsp cocoa powder
  • 100 to 120 ml milk

Chocolate Bajra Waffles

First, you need some bajra flour.

Take a bowl, add bajra flour, and refined flour. You can also add wheat flour in place of refined flour. Then, add milk powder.

Add baking soda and powder. Add cocoa powder, oil, and milk. Add a pinch of salt. Mix it well and make a flowing consistency batter. It should be a little bit thin in consistency but not too thin.

Take a waffle maker. Pour some batter and cook it on high flame. When it turns crisp and cooks well. Remove it from the heat.

Or you can also make pancakes from this batter. If you don’t have a waffle maker. Now, top it with some fruits, berries, chocolate sauce, and dust it with some powdered sugar.
