
Jamun Ice-Cream Recipe | Welcome back, everyone. Today, I am making delicious jamun ice cream at home. It requires only 3 ingredients, and you do not need any ice cream machine for this. For this jamun ice-cream recipe, first, we need to prepare a jaumn syrup puree because it gives the more intense fruity flavor to the ice cream. So, instead of using raw jamun puree, always use cooked jamun puree.
I made this ice cream, especially for my nani. Because she never tried any fruit icecream and asked me to make this. So I made this ice cream only for her, and she loved it. I suggest you also have to try this a home. And kids and everyone will love this dessert in these hot summer days.

INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams of jamun
- 4 to 5 tbsp sugar
- 30 ml water
- 250 ml cream

Homemade jamun Ice-Cream
First, chop some jamun and remove the seeds. Then, add sugar and water in a pan.




Cook them for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. Then, grind the jamun into puree. You can store this compote for a week in the fridge. Leave it to cool down.



Now, take some chilled fresh cream or heavy cream. Here, I used amul fresh cream. Now, add powdered sugar 1 to 2 tbsp. Then add jamun puree.




Mix well and pour this in a container. Freeze it for 6 to 8 hours. Your homemade jamun ice cream is ready to serve.
