INGREDIENTS

  • Maggi 2 packets(20 rs.)
  • Somw water for boiling
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Half capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp vinegar

How to make chili garlic Maggi?

Take a saucepan. Boil some water on a high flame.

Then add Maggi and boil them for 1 to 2 minutes on medium to high flame.

After that turn off the heat and remove the Maggi from the water. Set them aside.

Now take a pan, add oil. Heat it for 15 to 20 seconds on a high flame.

Add chopped capsicum. Sauté it for 1 minute on high flame. It is optional, you can also skip this.

Then turn the flame on low. Add garlic paste.

Sauté it for 10 seconds on low flame.

Then add salt, sugar, red chili powder.

add soy, vinegar, Maggi masala.

Mix well and turn off the heat.

Now add cooked Maggi.

Mix them well with chili garlic sauce.

Serve warm. Your spicy chili garlic Maggi is ready.
