Ingredients
- 500 grams of chicken
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 30 grams of butter
- FOR GRAVY : 2 to 3 tomatoes
- 7 to 9 garlic cloves
- 3 green chilies
- 8 to 9 cashews
- 2 medium sized onions
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 to 150 ml water
- 2 to 4 tbsp cream
- fresh coriander leaves
Chicken Curry Restaurant-style
Take some chicken in a bowl. Marinate them with some salt,turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and leave it for 10 minutes.

Heat some butter in a pan. Add marinated chicken and cook them for 10 minutes on high flame. After that, remove the chicken from the pan.

Now we have to prepare a masala for gravy. Take a jar, add tomato, garlic, green chilies, and cashews. Grind th in a fine puree.

Now, in the same pan, saute some finely chopped onions until it turns light golden in color. Then add tomato puree masala and above-mentioned spices. Adjust the salt as per your taste.

Cook the gravy for 15 to 20 minutes on medium to high flame. Then add cooked chicken and some water.

Cook the gravy for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. Then pour some cream. Cook the curry for 5 minutes on high flame.Garnish it with some coriander leaves. Chicken curry is ready to serve.
