Pizza wrap
In this pizza wrap, you need a roti for the wrap. For fillings, you need some pizza sauce/tomato ketchup, some veggies like onions, capsicum, tomato, corns, paneer, olives, and some grated cheese, some chili flacks for seasoning. Here, you can also add chicken, if you want to add some extra flavor. These wraps are so versatile that you can mix match the ingredients as per your taste.
Aloo tikki wrap
For aloo Tikki wrap you need a roti wrap. And you need some boiled potatoes, chilies, ginger, garlic, salt, chaat masala powder, red chili powder. Then mix all of them and make a Tikki, fry them until golden brown. Then assemble it with some tamarind chutney, green chutney, some sev for a crunchy texture.

Maggi wrap
For this we need some sauted maggi noodles, some shredded cabbage, carrots for salad, tomato ketchup and a fried egg. Fried egg gives a gooey and saucy texture. If you do not like then you can skip it.
So these wraps are my favorite one, but there is a lot of option that can be used for making these delicious wraps. Now choose your favorite ingredient and create your own wrap recipe. You can make pav bhaji wrap, burger wrap, paneer tikka wrap, mix veg wrap, noodles wrap, chicken tikka wrap, etc.
Ingredients
For roti
- 1 cup flour/maida
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 80 to 85 ml water(required)
For aloo tikki wrap
- 1 to 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic paste
- ½ tbsp chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 3 to 4 green chilies
- Some oil for shallow frying
For maggi wrap
- 1 small packet Maggi noodle(boiled)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ sliced onions
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- 3 to 4 green chilies
- Some capsicum, carrots (sliced)
- Some shredded cabbage, carrots for salad
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 fried egg(optional)
For pizza wrap
- 2 to 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- Some toppings(capsicum, onions, tomatoes)
- Cheese
- Chili flacks

How to make roti?
Take some flour, add salt, oil and mix well.
Add water and knead it for 2 to 3 minutes. We want the medium soft dough. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Then divide into piece. Take a piece of dough. Roll it into large roti.
Now cook it on the griddle for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Make all roti like same. Leave it for further use.
How to make aloo tikki?
Take some boiled potatoes, add salt, ginger, garlic paste, chaat masala, red chili flacks/powder.
Mix well and make some tikki. Like this.
After that , fry them with some oil for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame. When it is golden in color, remove it from heat.
Now assemble it. Take a roti, cut it half from the center. Like this.
Add aloo tikki, some chooped onions, tamarind chutney, green chutney, some sev.
Now wrap the roti like this.
And cook it with 2 tbsp oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Aloo tikki wrap is ready.
How to make maggi wrap?
Cook some onions, chilies, an tomatoes for 3 to 4 minutes. Add maggi masala.
Sauté some vegetables for 1 minute.
Then add boiled maggi. And mix well.
Now fry the egg, add a pinch of salt. It takes 3 to 4 minutes on medium to low flame.
Now assemble it. Take a roti, cut it from the center. Add Maggi, salads, ketchup, and fried eggs.
Wrap it and cook it until it is golden in color.
How to make pizza wrap?
Take a roti, cut it from the center, add pizza sauce, toppings, cheese, and red chili flacks.
Wrap it and cook it for 2 minutes. When it is crisp and golden, it is ready. This wrap is the easiest one.
