Chocolate Walnut Tart Recipe

Chocolate Walnut Tart recipe | Chocolate Walnut Tart is a mini tart dessert made with walnuts, flour, butter, and chocolate. These parts are filled with chocolate cream filling. Tart is very simple to make at home. And you can make them on birthday parties, special house parties etc. You can also make these chocolate desserts for Valentine’s Day.



  • 1 medium bowl walnut powder
  • half medium bowl refined flour
  • half bowl sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 30 grams of cold butter
  • 2 to 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • for filling : 100 ml amul fresh cream, 40 grams of dark chocolate

Chocolate Tart Recipe

Take a bowl. Add walnut powder and refined flour. You can use any medium-sized bowl for measurement. Then, add sugar as per your taste. Add salt and cold butter. Here, you have to use nice chilled butter.

Add cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix the butter with other ingredients. So, the mixture has to be crumbly in texture but not too dry or wet. If it looks too dry, add a few drops of milk and mix. But do not knead the mixture.

Now, take some tart molds. Grease it with butter. Cover the mold with the mixture and press the mixture evenly. Now, keep the tart molds in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After that, bake them for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Then, allow it to cool down and unmold the tart.

For filling, simmer the cream on low flame. Then add chocolate, mix it well, and allow it to cool down. Pour the chocolate mix in chocolate tarts. Garnish it with some walnuts and chocolate chips. Allow it to chill and set completely. That’s it.
