This drink refreshes your day, especially in this hot summer season. I have seen many of them tried it. So I think, I also have to try it in my way. It is cooling, refreshing, and easy to make it not difficult. It is enjoyed with many types of food like chicken biryani, pizza, spicy chicken. In this drink, I am gonna add few basil leaves because it is full of nutrition. In this corona time, all need good immunity. From always basil is known for a handful of immunity booster. So it is worthy to involve it in your day to day life. Let’s go to the recipe. It is 4 to 5 servings.
INGREDIENTS :
2 ripe mangoes cubed,7 tablespoon sugar,1 lemon juice, 1 green chili finely chopped and crushed,7 basil leaves, 1/2 tablespoon salt,1/2 liter chilled water, some ice cubes, FOR RIM: sugar, salt, black salt, red chili powder.
METHOD :
Add mango cubes and sugar in grinder make purey then empty into any vessel. Add salt, lemon juice and stir it well, add green chili and finely chopped basil leaves then gradually add chilled water and mix it. You can add or abridge salt and sugar as your taste requirement. For rim mix salt, sugar, black salt, red chili powder, and spread on a plate . Now glaze your glass top with little water or with lemon juice and twist in rim mixture then add some ice cubes, pour your mango lemoned in glass, and enjoy.
