INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp butter
- sliced ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 4 to 5 tbsp chopped onions
- 250 grams of Mushroom
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chilie flacks
- 1/2 bowl cheese
- 200 ml milk
- some fresh Coriander
Method
Take a pan. Heat some butter. Saute some ginger, and garlic for a minute on medium flame. Then add onion and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add sliced Mushroom, salt, red chilli flakes, and milk. Then add cheese or cheese spread.

Add some cream and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes. It turns a little bit thick in consistency. Mushroom soup is ready to serve. Serve it with crunchy toast.
