Mango Panna Cotta(Without Gelatin)

Today, I am gonna make mango panna cotta and it is made with custard powder. This panna cotta made without gelatin but you can use gelatin too. And again it is very simple to make. I made this first time and I love its taste. Its texture is smooth, creamy, and jelly-like, but not hard as jelly. I am showing you for 2 -3 servings. Now, starts the making process. Ingredients

  • 350 ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 whole cardamom
  • 4 tablespoon plain vanilla custard
  • 1 large ripe mango puree

Method

Take a pan and boil milk .when milk starts boiling add sugar, cardamom (just a little bit crushed not whole). Meanwhile, take a vessel and mix mango puree, custard powder with some water then after 8 minutes, add this mixture in milk .keep stirring it until it gets lumpy so keep stirring. Heat it for 5 to 6 minutes, when it looks thick in consistency then turn off the heat and cool it on room temperature.

Take any small bowl and coat it with some butter or oil then add milk mixture and leave it to cool down completely, then keep it into the refrigerator for 2 hours for setting down. After 2 hours, pull it into any plate and it’s ready to serve. Decorate it with some mango cubes and some mint leaves.??
