
5-Minute Bread Magic – One Sweet, One Spicy! Hello everyone, today i made two quick bread recipes that you can make it for snack, tiffin box. I am sure you and your kids will love this. Bread is that one ingredient we all have in our kitchen – but let’s be honest, most of us end up making the same boring toast or butter-bread every day. But what if I told you that you can turn this humble bread into something truly magical – that too in just 5 minutes?
In today’s recipe video, I’m sharing two super quick and delicious bread recipes – one chatpata savoury sandwich that tastes like Mumbai street-style, and one viral sweet dessert that’s literally breaking Instagram and YouTube right now!
Recipe 1 : Healthy Sandwich Recipe

This sandwich is perfect for breakfast, a quick lunchbox fix, or even an evening snack. No fancy ingredients – just simple veggies and some creamy magic!
Ingredients
Bread slices
Green chutney (mint-coriander based)
Creamy filling (4 to 5 tbsp hung curd, 3 to 4 tbsp malai, salt, red chilli powder, oregano, piri piri masala)
Finely sliced cucumber, onion, tomato, Boiled mashed potato
Butter (for toasting)
How to make :
First, make a creamy spread with hung curd, cream,salt, red chilli powder, oregano and piri piri masala. Mix everything well.



Spread green chutney on a slice of bread. On the other slice, spread a layer of creamy hung curd mix. Add all your veggies and boiled potato.




Close the sandwich, apply butter on the outside, and toast until golden and crispy. That’s it! You’ve got yourself a spicy, crunchy, creamy sandwich ready in minutes!



Recipe 2: Chai Malai Toast
Yes, you heard it right – this one’s a viral dessert that combines the warmth of chai with the richness of malai – all served on a soft bread base. It’s cozy, comforting, and so unique that you have to try it at least once!
Ingredients
Bread slices
Fresh malai (cream from milk)
Hot milk tea (kadak chai – slightly thick)
Optional toppings: cardamom powder, crushed dry fruits
How to make this viral dubai dessert?
Take a bread slice. Spread a thick layer of malai on top. Now pour hot chai generously over the bread. Let it soak in. Sprinkle a pinch of elaichi powder or crushed dry fruits on top if you wish. A warm, milky, sweet surprise that melts in your mouth!
