Brownie truffle is made with brownie mix and the center is filled with salted caramel. The caramel texture is not liquidy, it is a chewy toffee-like texture. And finally coated with some dark melted chocolate. Then leave it in the refrigerator until it is completely set. These balls are full of rich chocolate flavor. Ingredients and substitutes
Brownie mix: you can buy a brownie mix or make your own brownie mix for this recipe. Both go well with this. If you go with packed brownie mix then mix and bake it. Do not over bake the brownie. Or if you want to make your own brownie then follow these steps.
How to make brownie?
Take a bowl to add 50 grams of melted butter. Add sugar as per your taste. Add two eggs and mix it. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla essences or a little bit of salt. Again mix it then add 10 ml milk and coffee mixture. Coffee enhances the flavor of chocolate. Now add 60-gram refined flour, 30-gram cocoa powder, and 30 gram melted chocolate. I also letter to use a small teacup for measurement. If you are using like this then 1 cup refined flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocp. a. powder, 1/2 cup butter (unsalted), 1/2 cup melted chocolate, 10 ml milk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla essences, 1 teaspoon coffee powder. It is quite easy to understand the measurement.
Then mix all the ingredients well and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes. The mixture of brownie is not runny, it has to be thick on consistency.
Butter or cream cheese: For mixing, you can use unsalted butter or cream cheese. Both are good for flavor. We use unsalted butter.
Melted chocolate: Use good quality chocolate. You can use dark, milk, or white chocolate for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams brownies
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 100 grams melted chocolate
- Some salted caramel toffee (as required)
How to make caramel toffee for brownie truffle?
Take 70 ml salted caramel. The caramel recipe is already on my blog. And heat it on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
When it looks a little bit thick then turn off the heat. Set aside to cool down. After that take some caramel toffee, make a small ball.
How to shape these truffles ?
Take some brownie and crumble them into pieces like that.
Add butter into it. You can also alter butter with cream cheese.
Mix well with the help of spoon or your hands.
Take some brownie butter mixture on your palm. Flatten up little bit.
place the caramel toffee in the middle of the flattened brownie. Then cover the toffee and make a smooth ball.
Now make all the truffle like above.
Take some melted chocolate. For melting chocolate, take some chopped chocolate and microwave it for 30 seconds. Or you can also use double boiler. Always remember that while melting chocolate, do not boil the water otherwise chocolate not melts perfectly. Just use light warm water.
Add the truffles one by one in melted chocolate. Dunked well.
Remove it with the help of fork.
Place it into lines baking paper and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour or until it set.
Storing Suggestions
Place these truffles in air tight container for 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
